was a 3 course meal, which consisted of the following:
Ingredients:
2/3 large cucumbers
oregano
pepper
low cal kraft creamy cucumber dressing
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
3/4 cup of shredded carrots
3/4 cup of sliced celery
1/2 cup of chopped onions
3 teaspoons of instant chicken bouillon granules
tablespoon of pepper
just over 1 cup of fat-free rice
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 large tomatoes, diced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
teaspoon of dried parsley
teaspoon of dried basil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of skim milk
6 chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Italian breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
1 package of baby carrots
2 tablespoons of salt
dash of Pepper

8 medium-size green apples, cut in thin slices
