*DiNiNg WiTh ChEf SaRa* was a 3 course meal, which consisted of the following:

ApPeTiZeR:

*Cucumber Salad*

Ingredients:
2/3 large cucumbers
oregano
pepper
low cal kraft creamy cucumber dressing



mAiN DiSH:

*Herbed Rice*

Ingredients:
2 cups of water
3/4 cup of shredded carrots
3/4 cup of sliced celery
1/2 cup of chopped onions
3 teaspoons of instant chicken bouillon granules
tablespoon of pepper
just over 1 cup of fat-free rice


*Chicken Italian Style*

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 large tomatoes, diced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of pepper
teaspoon of dried parsley
teaspoon of dried basil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of skim milk
6 chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Italian breadcrumbs


*Cooked Carrots*

Ingredients:
1 package of baby carrots
2 tablespoons of salt
dash of Pepper
water



DeSsErT:

*Apple Crisp a la Mode with Fresh Raspberries*

Ingredients:
8 medium-size green apples, cut in thin slices
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
dash of ground cloves
1 1/2 cups of rolled oat
1/2 cup flour
dash of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
breyers light vanilla ice cream (fat-free)
fresh raspberries, washed
